An active meditative, musical journey into the deepest longings of the soul, to open to our highest purpose and to clarify our vision for the future. Guided by the soundwaves of live music and spoken word, we will travel into our inner darkness this Winter Solstice to set our intentions for rebirth as the Sun rises again.

Winter Solstice* is a time to dive inwards to the darkness, the depths, the deepest layers from which our wells of intuition and creativity spring. It is a time to listen to the still, silent voice within. It is a time to feel our way in the darkness. It is a time of reflection of what has passed and what will be.

It is the end of one cycle and the beginning of another, as the sun is reborn and again begins to rise in the sky. From out of the darkness comes fresh hope, new light, longer days. And the possibilities for new life, new dreams, new visions to become manifest, new seeds to sprout.

And so in Solstice Vision Ceremony, we will be guided inwards towards the deepest yearnings of our soul, we shall listen to our heart’s longings, to the prayers that reverberate through our being. What is our true calling? What are we here to share? What is our heart-centred, soul-aligned vision for this life? What do we need to release to step into that?

We will explore these questions through a guided journey with live music. You will be invited into both active and passive meditation, meaning we will use the tools of both intuitive movement and stillness to connect to the wisdom within.

Milli, your guide, has been working internationally with music as a pathway for self-realisation and transformation for over a decade. She incorporates sounds, styles and instruments from around the world to create music that is deeply healing, by holding a container for all that we are - from pure divinity to the wounds and flaws of our humanness.
